I should like to thank all the members of the Mothers' Union for the lovely olive wood Madonna and Child I was given at our last meeting. It will be put in a suitable place once we have sorted everything out.

Joan Johnson from St James C of E Junior School will be the speaker at the next meeting on Wednesday 2 June. She will be talking about rules and relationships and, being a teacher today, certainly relationships are very important, but rules are needed so children can grow up into secure people.
