The Mothers' Union Christmas Party will be on Wednesday 3 December at 2.15pm (please note the time). I look forward to seeing all members and our guests to share in the entertainment and the buffet.

The theme of the 2009 programme will be "The Cost of Relationships" and I am hoping to get some interesting speakers.

My first advance notice is that the subscription for 2009 will be £11.15. I shall collect the monies at our AGM on February 4.

Now for two other advance notices which could be of interest to you all. It is hoped that there will a Provincial Day at Holy Island (Lindisfarne) on Saturday 16 May and that there will be a Diocesan Service at Kendal Parish Church to mark the end of the Triennial in November 2009.
